Dr. Shengnan Lu
Somatic PsychoTherapist & Yoga Teacher

Shengnan (Sheng) Lu was born in China, and achieved his PhD in Cognitive Psychology in the Netherlands. In 2012, he met Yoga as a tool of psychotherapy during his study in psychology. Since then, he started practicing yoga regularly and incorporating yoga into psychological practices. In 2022, he decided to deepen his knowledge in yoga and moved to the Himalaya mountains for a yoga teacher training (200 RYT) in Nepal. With many years of working as a data-driven cognitive and behavioral scientist and yoga practices, he is currently providing psychotherapy & yoga sessions in various countries across Asia and Europe.
OUR PRACTICES
We practice the classic Hatha Yoga with focus on somatic experience, which helps restore a sense of power & control in our body, and achieve peace & harmony within our body and mind.

Group yoga sessions are a great way to practice yoga in a supportive atmosphere. You can connect with others in a non-judgmental and encouraging environment. Our group yoga classes focus on re-educating the connection of the body and mind, resulting in mindfulness and stress relief to help you feel relaxed and rejuvenated. Corporate Yoga Therapy
Our Corporate Yoga Therapy Session is either a Yoga Class or Yoga Therapy Workshop that is specifically designed for teams and employees in a workplace setting. The program will include customized yoga therapy plans and mindfulness practices to help your teams and employees manage challenges in a certain work setting. It is also an opportunity for employees to take a break from their work duties and focus on their physical and mental well-being. This Corporate Yoga Therapy Service have many benefits not only for their overall health and well-being but also for their motivation and concentration while at work.

Private Yoga Therapy
The private yoga sessions are designed to provide a personalized therapy plan that integrates yoga and psychotherapy. In these sessions, you will work one-on-one with me to develop a plan that addresses your specific physical and mental health needs. Beginning with an in-depth intake procedure, you will deepen your understanding of the mind-body connection and develop tools to manage anxiety, depression, or other physical and mental health challenges.
